Terms and Conditions
We being delivering orders from the 20th of November up until the 24th of December.
Delivery dates and times offered during the online ordering process are based on your suburb’s location. We do not currently deliver to Melbourne’s CBD.
If the customer doesn’t opt to have their Christmas tree installed and isn’t home at the time of delivery, the tree will be left in the safest and most secure location we can find. We do not take responsibly for the safety of the tree if you are not present to accept the delivery.
If the customer opts to have their Christmas tree installed and isn’t home at the selected time of delivery OR we are unable to find a suitable location to leave your tree, a delivery re-schedule fee of $40 will apply.
We try to keep to our delivery dates and times provided to customers as closely as possible but due to traffic or unforeseen issues this may not be possible.
The process of Christmas tree installation involves the tree being placed upright into a Cinco Christmas tree stand and filling the stand with water. Installation does not include decoration of the tree.
If the customer opts to have their Christmas tree installed and isn’t home at the selected time of delivery, a delivery re-schedule fee of $40 will apply.
Pickup / Disposal of Christmas trees
Pickups of trees are made on either January 5th 2017 or January 6th 2017.
If the customer pays the extra fee for disposal, the Christmas tree will need to be left on the nature strip out the front of the same house the tree was delivered to. If the tree isn’t left on the nature strip between the dates mentioned above, the customer will forfeit their pickup/disposal fee and the tree will not be picked up.
Refunds / Exchanges
We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
